Fund raising for Silver Jubilee

Friends ,

We have worked out rough estimate of the expenses .Actual expense might differ.

Expected expense sheet in max is around 4 L and Minimum expense is 1.5 L.

Is this amount too much for us for such occasion ? there are 18 batch passed out and if each batch contribute 25k , we can contribute our target. However , not possible to get contribution from everyone.

So , have prepared target sheet for batch which is easily manageable and achievable.

1) Initially we will ask for contribution for those people who are earning .
2) Initially we will look for sponsors from each batch who can contribute 5K , 10K.

Here is roughly estimated amount and their contribution , so if total of 210 people
( 10 people 10K , 20 people 5K , 30 people 3k , 50 people 2k , 100 people 1k each ) contribute for this great occasion , we can achieve target.

a) 10 K * 10 = 100 K
b) 5k * 20 = 100 K
c) 3K * 30 = 90 K
d) 2K * 50 = 100 K
e) 1k * 100 = 100 K

Here is the batch wise target to achieve the target.

Let’s take it as our chance and responsibility to GIVE BACK. We are not setting any limit. Contribute whatever you can ..1000 or 2000 or 5000 or 10000 or in lakhs... If there is some excess amount, that will completely utilized for betterment of alumni. We are planning scholarships, career guidance, and many other things….
